Delivery is made through a tracked courier of our choosing, and you will receive confirmation of postage via the email you gave us via your completed order. It is your responsibility to provide us the correct contact information including postal address, post code, and telephone numbers.

We dispatch orders Monday - Friday using Hermes. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days (Some further afield locations like the Scottish Highlands may take longer due to local couriers work schedules)

There may be delays in orders due to adverse weather conditions throughout the year – WE DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELAYS TO ANY ORDERS WITH OUR PRODUCTS BEING PERISHABLE.

We make all of our products fresh and there is a 7-10 working day turnaround from ordering to receiving your order, although we will try to get your order out quicker when possible. PLEASE NOTE: At high peak times like Easter, Christmas and summer wedding dates these postal timings can be longer.

Occasionally parcels can get lost in the post.  If you think this has happened please contact us immediately.  We reserve the right to cancel the order if we cannot fulfill the order for a second time.  We also reserve the right to cancel an order if we believe the user is falsely claiming an order has been lost.  Please see point 12.
